At Scout Design Studio, we want you to love your unique finds; however, if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible furniture and decor items. Please note that vintage pieces, custom upholstery, and floor samples are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or coordinate with our white-glove logistics partners for larger furniture pickups at your convenience.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, your refund will be processed minus a 15% restocking fee.
